Shiny Sentret plush

Ughh the picture is awful, doesn't do this little guy justice. I'm getting one of those photography light boxes thingys though, that should help with future pictures

Anyways yeahh a Shiny Sentret, made as a personal little thing between commissions, trades and convention work. I had planned to make a regular Sentret but plushaddict.co.uk didn't have the taupe minky in stock so I went with shiny Sentret first. I'm glad I did because the pattern needs a few adjustments (it actually turned out a little too round for my tasteshaha).

Either way, fun little project. I enjoyed thread-sculpting the little hands. The tail though ughhh what's with the striped tails?! I'm also working on a Flygon and Mareep that have the same kind of striped tails, it's driving me crazy. Whoever designed these pokemon set out to make life frustrating for plush makers haha.

Shiny Sentret was made from yellow, snow white, magenta and papaya minky fabric, with machine embroidered details. The ears contain some quilt batting to make them firmer.
