nothing bothers me as I can see XD
1) The wings need work of course. The feathers appear abnormally thick, and not to mention the square feathers
2) I'm guessing he's supposed to be thick. Assuming so I'd still change the right arm, (our left) as it is far too thick compared to the one on the right. The paw structure on it is also quite different, and since it is behind the other, try making it smaller.
3) The tail needs some work, the end of it kind of balloons out, and the very end where the tail fur comes in is WAY too small. (Remember, tails have vertebrae!)
Other than that I'd say the image is awesome, and I love your style.
Next time you work on an image, try to mirror it to check for errors, it does help!
I'll definitely keep this in mind next time!
